MAD DRAGON by Shanghai Brewery is one of the best places in the city for local, award-winning craft brews. Shanghai Brewery’s beers have won awards in Australia, Japan, China and the USA. MAD DRAGON also features other local craft brews such as the Mad Dragon IPA, which won a silver medal in 2019 at the world’s biggest beer competition: the AIBA. Beating out all the other Chinese breweries.

MAD DRAGON has a solid international food menu. And craft cocktails created by its in-house mixologists. The daily Happy Hour until 8pm is a great deal. The space itself has a cool Art Deco, yet modern design, bonding it with the historical Shanghai of the 1920s.
