    ROOF P.M. features modern continental cuisine with a touch of local flair. The kitchen is headed by two award-winning Executive Chefs: Paul-Arthur Berlan and Giovanni Young. Chef Paul-Arthur Berlan is a Top Chef France Semi-Finalist who brings his Michelin Star expertise in modern cuisine to ROOF P.M. with French gastronomy signatures, straight from Paris. Chef Giovanni Young’s creativity in Italian modern dining is influenced by his experience with Michelin Star restaurants in Italy as well as in Nanjing and Hangzhou.
