    KIINA,这个存在于Chef Peter二十一年的料理想法中的餐厅概念,是一个关于中国本土食材的咒语。在接近五年的时间中,我们去寻找、尝试、开发各种不同的中国本土食材,从我们所熟知的和未知领域中的食材中寻求创作更多的可能性。中国地大物博孕育了成千上万种适合我们饮食的食材。从四季中不断变化衍生出的食材,在悠久的历史中,已经给予了我们很多对于食材和烹饪的独特见解。也提供了很多用食物改变人与这个世界关系的优秀范例。中国,不光只是土地辽阔,更是具备着包容万物的胸怀。
