    南外滩上的英迪格酒店是上海滩最时髦、最富创意感的酒店之一，而其中的恰餐厅与酒吧也已经成为了酒店内的热门之地。 CHAR Bar & Grill占据了英迪格酒店最顶端的3层楼，因此也拥有着窗外摩天楼群和老外滩的极佳景观。除了主用餐区，餐厅还为顾客准备了两个露台以及三间包间。 是上海提供澳洲Blackmore和牛的餐厅之一，“恰”已在上海餐饮界掀起一股风潮，并将会持续风靡。来自意大利的行政主厨Marco 在开放式厨房内，为顾客们准备了优良品种的牛排、海鲜以及配菜，颇具创意的是，这里的招牌凯撒沙拉会和一把笔刷一起呈献上桌，犹如达芬奇提笔作画的意境。餐后余情可挪步至30楼恰酒吧，为宾客们提供精心调制的鸡尾酒和其他酒饮。这里的CHAR Indulgence牛排精选自喂养了600天的牛，具有9+的牛肉大理石纹理级别，绝对是味蕾的一次奢华体验。
