    One of the more open ministries you’ll find in China, the Ministry of Crab is actually a restaurant chain from Sri Lanka. No prizes for guessing what the focus of the menu is here, with garlic, pepper, chili and pretty much every spin on edible crustaceans you can think of. There’s also the Crabzilla, which weighs in at at least 2kg.
