The signature drinking destination at the St. Regis Jing’An, the St. Regis Bar has an extensive menu of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits as you’d expect, but what makes this place stand out is the enormous whisky collection and the Chinese twists on some of the cocktails, with bar-staff infusing their creations with local ingredients. A small menu of bar snacks and light bites is also available.
