This modern Xinjiang restaurant, with three locations in Puxi, is one of the few restaurants in the city that represent this ethnic minority group from the hills of Xinjiang. The menu serves up well known hearty dishes from the province, like lamb and dumplings. The new location on Changshu lu has some lighter and more vegetable-oriented recipes along with the more traditional Uighur offerings.
