    坐落于上海艾迪逊酒店27楼的YONE,由两位行业领军人物——国际知名调酒师、SG集团创始人后闲信吾(Shingo Gokan)曾获“年度国际调酒师”等多项国际大奖与曾任世界知名米其林三星餐厅Jean-Georges的首位日本副厨师长并担任日本Jean-Georges厨师长的米泽文雄(Fumio Yonezawa)联手打造而成。

    YONE以大米为核心基础,向稻谷的根源致敬,结合上等时令食材和精心调制的鸡尾酒,构建了一个摩登、现代化的日式餐厅。更是一个引领潮流、摩登生活方式的新地标。
