The Gui Hua Lou Chinese restaurant at Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai offers authentic Huaiyang, Cantonese, Shanghainese and Sichuanese cuisines. Gui Hua Lou restaurant is helmed by Executive Chef Gao Xiao Sheng, has over 30 years of Huaiyangnese culinary experience.
